Terms and Conditions of purchase

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel the contract for College accommodation within 14 calendar days of paying the deposit, at which time you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. You may cancel the contract for College accommodation after the 14 calendar days has expired, however such cancellation will be subject to the full termination terms and conditions found in the Licence to Occupy.
