Please login via 'My Account' and ensure your StudentID / CustomerID has been stored in the 'Student / Customer Number' field prior to purchasing a product. Once stored you need not do it again for future purchases.

It is also extremely helpful if you can provide us with the invoice number that is associated with the payment that you are making.
